This is the board meeting of the Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority. The board usually enters executive session shortly after the meeting is called to order and the public is not allowed to attend this part of the meeting. At the December meeting, the public part of the meeting started around 4 pm. Millions of dollars of taxpayer money has been spent on this private tollway project over the last ten years. No testing has been done since the 2013 floods, when sheets of water flowed across Indiana from the former Rocky Flats site. Please bring your questions and concerns to this meeting and make public comment. Three minutes are allowed per person.
