Kripalu Yoga is a unique approach to yoga that emphasizes the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. In this introductory workshop, students will learn about the three stages of Kripalu Yoga: Willful practice, willful surrender and surrender to the wisdom of the body. Kripalu yoga also teaches you to tap into your own inner knowing and develop an intimate and nurturing relationship with your body. Participants will be led through a series of postures and breathing practices and take home tools that they can incorporate into any hatha yoga practice to promote health and well-being.
