Following the hearing Suede, his attorneys, and members of the Boulder County Protectors will hold a press conference in front of the municipal court building and are expected to discuss civil rights implications raised by the trespassing summons.
This is an important event with lots of media expected so your presence on that day is super important and highly encouraged. Bring signs and banners. Please RSVP to this Facebook event.
There are two parts to this action:
1) Should be a very interesting brawl in the courtroom as issues of free speech and government sanctions of peaceful protestors are wrestled.
