Bike Ride for Palestine

Él Gaza Sunbirds, a paracycling team in Gaza pursuing Paralympic goals and also providing mutual aid on bikes to families in Gaza, have requested global cycling solidarity rides. Join this ride and be a part of Palestinian solidarity happening on bikes across the world! Decorate your bike in Palestine colors and come join us for a fun, family-friendly event!
When: Saturday, October 22nd starting at 10:00 AM
Where: Scott Carpenter Park, 1505 30th St, Boulder, CO 80303 (Meet at the top of the hill)
Details: All paces, bodies, abilities, and wheels are welcome. The park has an accessible bathroom. Amplified sound will be used. A designated accessibility liaison will be announced at start & will be available for needs or questions throughout event (Marshals can also assist with access needs).
Parking: Free parking is available at the park and side streets, with limited public transit.
The following items will be provided in limited amounts, please be prepared & bring your own:
-Masks: Encouraged when not riding
-Water
-Snacks
-Sunscreen
Distance: Choose from a 22 mile or 7 mile ride. The route will be marked with arrows and guided by ride leaders. No one will be left behind!
