Dr. Cindy Warren is a retired anatomic and clinical pathologist with more than 20 years of experience in the Denver metropolitan area. Since retirement, she has leveraged her medical expertise into regional environmental advocacy and serves on the Board of PLAN-Boulder County. Currently, Dr. Warren is focusing her efforts on Xcel’s upcoming coal ash remediation. In addition to raising public awareness of the project, she has championed strict safety protocols for the cleanup, insisting on rigorous protections against toxic airborne ash for residents, wildlife, and the environment.
