HomeAhead is a growing Boulder County nonprofit furniture bank that collects donated furniture and provides it to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness or experiencing financial hardship, while keeping usable furnishings out of landfills through reuse. We are hiring an\u00a0Operations & Logistics Coordinator<\/strong>\u00a0to help manage furniture pickups, deliveries, and operational coordination while working directly with donors, clients, and community partners. This is a hands-on role that combines logistics, customer service, and operations in a small, mission-driven organization. The position involves regular lifting and moving of furniture, driving a box truck, and working in homes, storage spaces, and donation areas. The position pays $23\/hour for 20\u201340 hours per week, working Tuesday\u2013Saturday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check. Food Justice Courier with Boulder Food Rescue<\/h3>\n

Get involved with direct climate and social justice action. As a courier volunteer, you will go to a grocery store donor, sort out perishable food they have set aside for us, compost what is non-edible, and bike or drive the quality food to the designated recipient site. We have over ten shifts per day, including weekends.
