Green Home Tour – Tour an All-Electric Home in South Boulder

Location to be given upon registration

Join us for a tour where you can explore a newly electricified home. The home tour will take place at Hartford Drive in Boulder. The owner of this 1963 modest 1976-foot south Boulder home moved in on October 2, 2023. She had previously lived in a near German Passive House home, so within the first 8 weeks, she was able to insulate and completely electrify this new-to-her home thanks to her almost one stop shop contractor. Below is a list of some of the work done. She also can share information about rebates, future plans, and her six-month battle with Xcel to stop charging her for gas service.
