Weather permitting\, we’ll spend some time outdoors on our beautiful property in the Boulder foothills. In the company of women of all ages\, you’ll explore your creativity with the making of cards and a collage. Midday\, we’ll enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch from Flower Child in Boulder. \n*Yoga\, meditation and pranayama classes morning and afternoon\n*Simple Ayurvedic techniques to support your health and well-being\n*Arts and crafts activities\n*Vegetarian lunch\nAttend solo or with friends.
