Institute for Social and Environmental Transition (ISET) – ISET is a US-based non-governmental organization focused on translating global natural and social scientific insights into local contexts in a manner that improves understanding and enables action. Our activities combine knowledge generation, shared learning, and the incubation of innovative strategies through pilot scale implementation. Current projects address: adaptation and resilience to climate change and urbanization, urban/peri-urban systems, disaster risk management and forensic post-disaster analysis.
