The Boulder Housing Coalition is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Community Housing Development Organization dedicated to creating affordable, community-enhancing, cooperative housing for the people of Boulder county. We currently own four permanently affordable rental cooperative that are located in central Boulder and are home to more than 60 residents.Together these houses make up the first affordable cooperative housing system in Colorado.
