Join the Colorado Green Building Guild for a self-guided day of open houses with sustainable features. It’s a diverse group of newly constructed homes, remodels & retrofits, all-electric homes, & Passive Houses. You can expect:

Homes of different sizes and shapes, striving for health, energy efficiency, & resiliency
Completed & in-progress projects
Info about design details, & project reps answering questions
Choose-your-own adventure, visiting homes at your leisure in the Boulder/Louisville area
After party to network with local builders, architects & sustainably-minded folks!

Tickets are 25 dollars for community members and 15 dollars for CGBG members. Proceeds go to the advanced training scholarship for green building professionals in Colorado and this year 10 percent of proceeds will also go to the National Center for Craftsmanship.
