The Israeli-Palestinian Conversation
When: Oct 20, 7pm-9pm
Where: Boulder JCC
As the world holds its breath amid the developments unfolding in the Middle East, The Israeli-Palestinian Conversation is a powerful interactive play that creates a rare civic space to confront the issues at the heart of the crisis.
This powerful play gives voice to conflicting narratives around:
- October 7th
- War crimes and genocide
- The right to self-defense
- Two-State vs. One-State solutions
- Antisemitism, Islamophobia, and American complicity
- The legacy of 1948, 1967, 1973, and beyond
At its core, the production asks a stark and urgent question: Do we want to be “right” in endless arguments — or effective in saving lives and forging solutions?
Featuring a diverse ensemble, the performance blends immersive theater with live community dialogue, drawing audiences into a high-stakes debate over one of the world’s most polarizing issues. It is rooted in a simple but vital belief: we cannot fix what we cannot talk about.
