Robert “Bob” Crifasi, a water historian and environmental scientist with more than 25 years of experience

Kim Hutton, Water Resources Manager for the City of Boulder, brings 16 years of experience overseeing the planning and operations of Boulder’s municipal water supply

Jenny McCarty, Watershed Program Manager, St. Vrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy District,

Jeff Lukas of Lukas Consulting has spent over 20 years helping Western water managers understand and prepare for climate risks
