
Evening Yoga: Flowasana

Where: The Riverside
Relax and unwind with an embodied Yoga: Flowasana class led by Kathleen. This alignment-based yoga flow blends the foundations of hatha and Iyengar yoga, along with Qi Gong, free-movement and pranayama. In 90 minutes, we open the body, drop out of the head and into the breath, heart, bones and the sacred spine that connects them all.
Ready to know the stillness even in your movement? All levels welcome!
Bring your own mat and water bottle.
Bonus points for bringing props/bolsters/ blankets too. (Jk there are no bonus points, and also encouraged.)
