The original curriculum of these workshops is thanks to Angela Davis of iProject LLC, a Senior Advisor on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. 350CO staff, board members, and activists further developed the material and created additional content that is from some of the landscape of our own organizing here in Colorado.

We acknowledge that these two workshops have been partially developed by a leadership team that comes from a place of privilege, and we understand that this perspective may resonate most with privileged allies and accomplices. However, it’s our sincere hope that allies, accomplices, activists, and organizers of all backgrounds will find the content valuable and applicable.

Imagine these workshops as the seedbeds where we’ll continue to grow into inclusive organizing, helping us in a just-transition to a regenerative, clean energy economy. We’ll explore what it means to move away from an extractive way of being towards a more sustainable and just future. We want to move toward a movement that can equip all individuals with the resources needed to participate fully in climate organizing, through support, mutual aid, and accountability.
