Native Women and Allies Speak: What You Weren’t Taught in School, The Justice Film Series

When: December 7th, 6:30-8:30pm

Where: Boulder Public Library

REGISTRATION TO COME

In addition to a potent historical overview, this film shares three personal and moving stories about a Native child forced into a Canadian residential school, never to see his parents again; adoption of Native babies and children by whites; and ongoing, a 14-year battle with a Pennsylvania school district to eradicate their racist Redskins mascot that continues today.

This event is FREE, though donations are welcome so that we can continue our programming into 2025 and keep paying our filmmakers and facillitators while maintaining a zero cost experience and remain open to all who would like to come!

If you are able, please donate through our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor, Longmont Community Foundation.
