The Colorado Healthy Headwaters Working Group (CO-HHWG) is pleased to offer a one-hour webinar reviewing Colorado’s new state dredge & fill permitting program for state waters. This program is currently going through the rulemaking process as mandated by HB24-1379. The program will be implemented in 2026 with the promulgation of Regulation 87. For those who don’t have the bandwidth to participate in the rulemaking process, the CO-HHWG will cover how the process is addressing stream restoration, applying for a temporary authorization, and how to move forward with stream restoration in ephemeral and intermittent streams while Regulation 87 is being developed.
