Join Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) in conversation with Graham Platner, a working-class oyster farmer running in the Democratic primary for Senate in Maine. SURJ has endorsed Platner because we believe that his vision for taking on the divide-and-conquer tactics of the billionaire agenda by building the multi-racial, working-class is exactly what we need right now, not only to fight against MAGA, but also to stand up to mainstream Democrats who are failing to lead us towards a country that puts people above profit.
With SURJ leaders, we’ll discuss how his combat deployments in the Middle East shaped his anti-war politics, what it will take to divert white men from the far right online pipeline, and how we can work to expand our movement for racial and economic justice and stand up to the billionaire agenda.
