All, including beginning birders, are invited to experience the fun and discovery of bird watching at the Greenlee Wildlife Preserve on the first Sunday of each month year-round. Knowledgeable bird watchers will be on hand with binoculars, spotting scopes, and learning tools to assist in the fun activity of identifying birds in their natural habitats.

Join Executive Director Scott Black as he explores the impactful work of the Xerces Society in 2024. From creating pollinator habitat and advocating for pesticide reduction to launching community science initiatives and educational programs, Xerces has achieved remarkable progress in invertebrate conservation.

We are pleased to have Dr. Todd Little-Siebold from the College of the Atlantic and the Maine Heritage Orchard as our keynote speaker this year.
