“For Cause Eviction” (HB24-1098) has recently gone into effect after years of fighting for this historic tenant protection in Colorado. We will be hosting an in person training going over your new renter protections. Come learn about how “For Cause Eviction” will stop unjustified evictions and protect your record from an eviction. Spanish interpretation will be provided.
These fascinating creatures are more than cute little rodents who chew up the grass. This presentation is both fun and informative. It looks at the history, ecology, social structure, life cycle, behavior, and language of this keystone species — the pillar of the prairie.
Ben will discuss the history and biology of this world-changing species; how beavers can help us fight drought, flooding, wildfire, and climate change; and how we can coexist with this challenging but vital rodent (the beaver!).
