eGo CarShare started in 2001 as Colorado – and one of the nation’s – first and longest running nonprofit carshare organizations. Our goal is to empower people to live a car-light lifestyle and have a positive impact on the environment, their community, their health and their wealth. We provide 24/7 Member access to a network of 50+ energy-efficient vehicles throughout Boulder and Denver, providing our members with improved mobility, cost savings and environmental benefits over owning a car. In addition to reducing our dependence on personal vehicles, we advocate and provide solutions for a more walkable, bikeable, and enjoyable community (see our www.RollColorado.org campaign). We also partner to support carsharing access to low-income and other groups that can benefit from carsharing.
