We begin with an embodied exploration of the larger living system we are entering together. Through the practice of social systems constellations, we’ll make visible the subtle dynamics that shape how we relate, collaborate, and move within complexity.

Drawing on principles and processes from Indigenous knowledge systems, regenerative development, and complexity science, Ian Sanderson (Mohawk Nation, Turtle Clan) will facilitate an interactive experience that supports us in languaging and locating our personal experiences from Part 1 within the relational whole of COhere, and beyond.

“Boulder has a housing crisis.” We hear it on repeat. But what does that really mean? The city has made real progress in delivering affordable homes across income levels, yet misconceptions still dominate the conversation.
Relax and unwind with an embodied Yoga: Flowasana class led by Kathleen. This alignment-based yoga flow blends the foundations of hatha and Iyengar yoga, along with Qi Gong, free-movement and pranayama. In 90 minutes, we open the body, drop out of the head and into the breath, heart, bones and the sacred spine that connects them all.
