Learn what you can do at the state, local and backyard level to ensure a safe environment for pollinators of all kinds. The talk will cover why pollinators are important, why they are having problems, why native plants are important for them and what you can do to create pesticide free neighborhoods where pollinators can thrive. There will be a discussion of the efforts of the People and Pollinators Action Network (PPAN) at the state and municipal level to support pollinators and how you can get involved.
