The Symposium will focus on bringing people together to explore perspectives on environmentalism from faith and spiritual traditions. We bring forward teachers, academics, faith-based activists in dialogue and shared learning. Our hope: greater understanding leading to greater engagement in acts of environmental protection and justice.

And what practices might we embrace to nurture the spiritual resilience we need for this season that is so fraught with challenges and so filled with opportunity?

In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how to shift from strain toward embodied compassion by drawing on both contemporary science and timeless contemplative wisdom.
