The 1st Bilingual Small Business Conference and Expo, organized by the Latino Chamber in collaboration with Boulder SBDC and Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder, represents a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering the growth and development of small businesses within the community.

Boulder Chamber Transportation Connections, in partnership with the City of Boulder, hosts quarterly luncheons to network and spread the word on the latest local and regional multimodal transportation issues, programs and insights. This meeting is for anyone interested in transportation access and sustainability in Boulder, business and government professionals in the community, human resources and facilities managers, and Employee Transportation Coordinators (ETCs) representing Boulder businesses. Our meetings are a great opportunity to network, share ideas, and stay up to date on local transportation news.

We will cover at a high level the major events of 2024, the challenges we face, how we're moving forward, and what roles and opportunities there are for you to support local climate goals and distribute leadership in the ways a grassroots movement needs to succeed.

Climate change is accelerating and intensifying. All ten of the hottest years on record have occurred since 2005. The 2013 flood and 2021 Marshall Fire are just two examples of catastrophic impacts playing out close to home. We are approaching a critical juncture in confronting the climate crisis, and Boulder's arts and culture community has an important role to play. At our next summit of cultural nonprofit leadership, we will talk about the best ways for organizations to plan for and actively address climate impacts.
Don’t miss the Justice Town Hall on Tuesday July 23rd at 6:30pm, where we will come together as a community to learn and discuss the important qualifications for a Boulder Police Chief that puts community safety, equity, and nonviolent de-escalation first.
