In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how to shift from strain toward embodied compassion by drawing on both contemporary science and timeless contemplative wisdom.

The Ancestral New Earth Festival is a student-led, community-centered gathering rooted in healing, art, Afrofuturism, ancestral remembrance, and collective care. This festival is part of a five-day Afrofuturism Festival at Naropa University facilitated by Ramon, Regina, and MCAC.
A creative response to ongoing climate crises. Use this as a space to express, create, compost. We start with a 10 min physical warm-up, then a 25 minute creative burst.
