The Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) Sustainability Working Group is a forward-thinking, collaborative group of outdoor industry companies that continues to be on the leading edge of sustainable business practices. The OIA SWG has been tackling supply chain issues important to the industry, including carbon reduction, perfluorinated chemistries in durable water repellents; animal welfare; social responsibility and fair labor practices in factories; and microfiber shedding in oceans and waterways.
