It then sharply transforms into a ‘how to’ course in maintaining humanity in the aftermath of barbarism; poignantly capturing the moment when everything changed for the people of Israel, Palestine/Gaza, and way beyond. The challenge for those receiving federal funds is balancing the development of their responses with administering varying requirements of federal funds.
