VirtualWith so many demands on our attention and energy, many of us experience a narrowing of capacity—where overwhelm sets in and it becomes harder to remain fully engaged. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how to shift from strain toward embodied compassion by drawing on both contemporary science and timeless contemplative wisdom.
